We are seeking an Inventory and Audit Specialist for our Frame Department. The schedule is Monday-Friday with 7:30a – 3pm. The general responsibility for this position are to assist our optical lab in producing quality eyewear as well as providing great customer service to our retail offices. This position will primarily be working with our location and lab staff to ensure that jobs are moving quickly and correctly through our optical lab.

Daily Responsibilities
- Unpack and sort courier bins from retail offices
- Troubleshoot order issue with lab and location staff
- Respond to internal email communications
- Reviewing store inventories for discrepancies
- Maintain inventory room stock levels
- Order frames through external vendors
- Check in and receive frame stock
- Pull frames for patient orders
Able to prioritize tasks
- Has great follow through
- Independently motivated
- A problem solver
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet quality and production expectations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
