What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sprinkler Repair Technician position at Dr Sprinkle Repair?
1. Provides excellent customer service to existing and prospective clients by communicating with customers about required repairs, providing repair options, and summarizing repairs when complete.
2. Diagnose faulty sprinkler systems and assess type of parts and amount of labor required for an accurate estimate.
3. Create invoice and collect funds using mobile device.
4. Turns irrigation systems on and off as designated.
5. Repairs or replaces hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads and fixtures.
6. Operates timers, clocks, and controls for sprinklers.
7. Replace or repairs irrigation valves.
8. Installs or repairs irrigation lines.
9. May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
10. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
