Candidates living centrally in Miami-Dade will benefit from manageable commutes. Carpool coordination may be available for team members based in North Miami Beach.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assistance across all phases of orthodontic treatment
- Bonding, archwire changes, appliance bonding, aligner attachment placement, etc.
- Keeping appointments on time and patients moving efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of orthodontic assisting experience — required
- Proficiency in bonding, wires, attachments, and full chairside treatment
- Basic dental English
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced ortho office
- Reliable, independent, and able to follow clinical direction without friction
- Professional, focused, and drama-free
