Supervisory Responsibilities
This position could be responsible for assigning work and/or giving directions to part-time Student Workers and Graduate Assistants, to complete office work assignments.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience with cross-cultural ministry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Assist in execution of project logistics for ISP and Local Service, including travel and accommodation arrangements, visas, budget tracking, risk management, and related elements.
- Manage ISP support-raising training and monitors student progress.
- Assist in management of logistics for participant placement of students onto teams.
- Coordinate and assist in planning and execution of Global and Local Service events such as, but not limited to CBU Serves, Team Reveal, Merry & Bright, Serve Kickoff and Global Training Weekend and other campus-wide service initiatives.
- Assists in communication with and preparation of field personnel to ensure proper project implementation.
- Assists in execution of logistics for the ISP application/interview process including the organization of student application files (ensuring confidentiality of records) and notification of student applicants and other related programming.
- Participate in International Service Projects recruiting and interview process of ISP applicants as needed.
- Coordinate project logistics for Local Service initiatives, including transportation, schedules, budgets, and risk management.
- Maintain ongoing Local Service opportunities for students with our ministry partners through the CBU website, maintaining the partnership form and process.
- Facilitate Local Service opportunities for campus clubs and athletic teams.
- Manage Local and Global Service event logistics including scheduling, venue coordination, volunteer mobilization, communication, supplies, and day-of execution.
- Implements assessment tools and processes for Local and Global Service events and programming as advised by Director of Service Engagement.
