Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments to ensure optimal oral health.
- Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical history, vital signs, and dental charts to inform treatment plans.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to foster lifelong healthy habits.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring proper technique while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems accurately, documenting treatment details, medical records, and dental terminology with precision.
- Maintain infection prevention protocols by adhering to HIPAA regulations, sterilization procedures, and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for all.
Pay: $46.00 - $56.00 per hour
