Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all production equipment, work areas, and facilities, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed.
• Empty and sanitize waste containers, dispose of trash, and ensure proper recycling practices.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests when necessary.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in Productions areas, and other common areas.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial/production environment sanitation or janitorial work is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects, if required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and frequently push, pull, bend, and reach.
