Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in marketing. You will help execute campaigns, communicate with clients, analyze performance metrics, and work directly with our team to expand our brand presence and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing local marketing campaigns (grassroots)
- Track performance of campaigns and provide monthly reporting.
- Help coordinate local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships.
- Support customer outreach and review generation efforts.
- Recommend adjustments as needed.
- Capture and organize before/after project photos for marketing use.
Requirements:
- Verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic apps
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and with a small team.
- Knowledge of the Charlottesville area is a plus.
- Some design or video editing experience is a plus
