Nurse Practitioner

Single doctor practice, Primary medicine: looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner

Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients including adults, and the elderly
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current valid state license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specific area of practice (e.g., Family, Adult-Gerontology)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred
- Proficient in medication administration and management
- Strong case management skills to coordinate patient care across multiple healthcare settings
- Competent in taking vital signs accurately and interpreting results
- Experience working with adults and elderly
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Familiarity with laboratory tests and interpretation of results

20 hours per week-

Pay is reasonable and will be discussed in more detail during interview, and based on experience .

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
