Associate Child & Family Therapist (AMFT, ASW, APCC)
Part-Time 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity to Grow
Position Summary
This position begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into a larger caseload based on consistency, clinical excellence, and patient demand. Compensation is a competitive flat-rate per clinical session and is paid biweekly through our secure Tebra practice management system. This role includes clinical supervision while working toward independent licensure.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, parents, and families.
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Complete timely documentation within Tebra.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, physicians, and other professionals when appropriate.
- Maintain ethical and legal standards of practice.
- Communicate professionally with patients and the administrative team.
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation.
Qualifications
- Current California AMFT, ASW, or APCC registration in good standing.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline and experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
- Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, Play Therapy, Family Systems, PCIT, and/or trauma-informed therapy preferred.
