Join our team as a Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Technician, where you’ll be on the front lines restoring homes affected by water damage, mold, and occasional fire-related incidents.
This is hands-on work that makes a real difference. You’ll be helping homeowners recover from unexpected damage by handling cleanup, mold removal, and restoration tasks using specialized equipment and proven techniques.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to water damage, mold, and restoration jobs
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
- Conduct mold remediation (removal, treatment, containment)
- Demo and remove damaged materials
- Set up containment and restoration equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools safely on job sites
- Clean and restore carpets, upholstery, and affected surfaces
- Document work performed and communicate with the crew
What This Job Requires
- Minimum 3 years restoration experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable with:
- Attics, basements, and crawlspaces
- Tight spaces, crawling, and ladders
- Mold, odors, and occasional biohazard conditions
- Physical stamina for long, active workdays
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to the shop
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
Schedule
- Full-time
- Hours vary depending on jobs (Lots of hours)
- Must be available for emergency calls and occasional weekends
- Daily meet-up at the shop before heading to job sites
