Medical Front Desk Coordinator – Plastic Surgery Practice
Our plastic surgery practice is in an exciting phase of rebuilding and growth, and we are seeking a warm, professional, and adaptable Medical Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first impression of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is excited about the opportunity to grow alongside a small, evolving practice.
This is not a role for someone who wants to do the same task all day. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long-term role with increasing responsibility as the practice grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments and help manage daily office flow
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and update insurance information
- Maintain accurate records in EHR/practice management systems
- Assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical office front desk role required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Takes initiative and adapts easily to changing needs
- Desire to grow long-term and take on additional responsibility over time
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a welcomed asset, but not required
