Compensation & Benefits
- Commission structure is typically $65K–$75K

What You’ll Do
- Provide therapy to a mix of children, teens, and adults
- Work with individuals, families, and/or couples
- Maintain a manageable caseload
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Comfortable working with children and adolescents (required)
- Comfortable working with couples (preferred)
- 3 years clinical experience preferred
- Team-oriented and growth-minded
