Employee Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: Remote (Primary) with occasional on-site work, increasing up to 2 days per week once the Redding, CA office is established. Must be within driving distance.
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST

Compensation: Hourly Non-Exempt
Job Description: The Marketing Project Coordinator at Dr. Killigan’s supports the execution of marketing projects by maintaining workflows, tracking timelines, and coordinating day-to-day activities across initiatives, including product launches and recurring campaigns. This role assists with managing Monday.com boards, updating project statuses, and ensuring tasks stay on schedule. The Coordinator helps maintain templates, checklists, and processes to support consistency and efficiency, while identifying and escalating delays as needed. Serving as a central point of coordination, this role facilitates communication across marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of work.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the marketing master calendar in Monday.com, tracking campaigns, launches, and activations from planning through completion
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and task progress to support on-time completion, ensuring updates are accurately reflected in Monday.com
- Prepare and organize project briefs and assist with task assignments under the direction of the Director of Marketing
- Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, and operations teams to support smooth project execution
- Schedule and facilitate weekly marketing syncs; document action items and follow up on next steps
- Compile and update campaign status reports, dashboards, and key metrics for review by marketing leadership
- Support the maintenance of templates, SOPs, and workflow resources within Monday.com to promote consistency and organization
- Coordinate vendor communication, including purchase order tracking and invoice submission for marketing projects
- Assist in updating and refining templates and checklists to improve workflow efficiency over time
- Support scheduling, logistics, and documentation for marketing meetings, photo shoots, and events
- Help maintain organization and consistency across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, supporting timely execution
- Utilize (or learn to utilize) AI tools to improve personal productivity and support project coordination efforts across the team

Qualifications & Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or operations; experience in e-commerce or DTC is a plus
- Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, and adapt to changing needs
- Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and accountability in completing assigned tasks and supporting team deliverables
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments to support alignment and efficient workflows
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies (including AI) to improve coordination and productivity
- Interest in mission-driven, sustainable, or clean brands is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings, events, or retreats
