What You'll Own
Financial Leadership
- Drive P&L management, overhead control, and revenue optimization
- Analyze production, collections, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Manage budgets, A/R, and maximize insurance reimbursementsTeam Excellence
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Build training programs and performance evaluation systems
- Create bonus structures that reward excellence
- Foster a culture of servant leadership
Operational Systems
- Optimize scheduling, patient flow, and case acceptance
- Develop SOPs for consistency across all functions
- Drive phone conversion, treatment acceptance, and recall effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and technology optimizationPatient Experience & Growth

Who You Are

Required:
- 5 years dental practice management or healthcare operations
- Proven track record driving financial performance and operational excellence
- Deep understanding of dental metrics, insurance, and PM software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
