As a Front Office Coordinator, we offer you:

Schedule:
- Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday 8am - 1pm (1-2 Fridays/month but subject to change)
The Front Office Coordinator should:
- Create welcoming first impressions by professionally greeting and engaging patients, setting the tone for exceptional dental care.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in dental front office, medical reception, or customer-facing healthcare roles
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
