About the Position

The ideal candidate is confident in comprehensive general dentistry and committed to providing patients with an exceptional experience. The dentist will diagnose and deliver treatment while working collaboratively with our clinical, hygiene, front-desk, and laboratory teams.

Clinical responsibilities may include:

• Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
• Restorative dentistry
• Crowns, bridges, and removable prosthetics
• Emergency dental treatment
• Endodontic procedures
• Simple and surgical extractions
• Implant restoration
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Clear aligner therapy
• Comprehensive and multidisciplinary cases

Experience with oral surgery, implant dentistry, endodontics, or full-mouth rehabilitation is a major plus—but not required. We are interested in finding the right person, not simply filling days on the schedule.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a dentist in New York State
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current professional liability coverage
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered
• Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment options
• Dependable and able to work well with a team
• Motivated to build lasting relationships with patients
• Interested in professional growth and expanding clinical skills

Compensation

Compensation is structured as a competitive percentage of collections, based on experience, schedule, and clinical capabilities. Specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.
