Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Inspector / Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, collecting relevant information, and providing detailed reports to customers. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data collection to inform project estimates and client decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough site inspections to gather data on project conditions and requirements.
● Document and assess site-specific factors that may impact project estimates (e.g., measurements, site accessibility, environmental considerations).
● Communicate effectively with clients and team members to relay collected information and address any inquiries.
● Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from site inspections for client review.
● Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure alignment on project specifications.
● Maintain organized records of site inspection reports and relevant documentation.
Position Requirements:
● Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
● Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in estimation roles. Previous experience in site inspection, construction, or a related field is preferred.
● Technical Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for report preparation.
● Driver License.
● Abilities: Working under pressure and extended hours, demonstrating resilience and commitment. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members.

Seasonal Considerations
Since we are in the Midwest, the season is short. In this case, you will work between 40 to 60 hours a week from March to August.
