- Job Description:
- Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings
- Providing supervision to a team of behavior technicians
- Providing and facilitating family support and training
- Supervises RBT and BTs
- Case review
- Documentation of supervision sessions
- Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs
- License/Certification:
- Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing
- Hours Full-time: 35-40/week Compensation: $80.00 - $80.00 per hour
