The Medical Esthetician will provide advanced skin care treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience in a safe, compliant, and professional setting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform medical-grade aesthetic treatments including (but not limited to):Chemical peelsMicrodermabrasionHydrafacial and advanced facialsLaser treatments (if certified)Acne treatments and skin rejuvenation proceduresConduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized treatment plansEducate patients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and medical-grade productsMaintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in accordance with medical standardsCollaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staffEnsure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory protocolsMaintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory to clinic standardsSupport patient retention through follow-up care and treatment recommendationsQualifications & RequirementsCurrent State Esthetician License (required)Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferredExperience with medical-grade skincare products and devicesLaser certification (preferred, if applicable)Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatment protocolsExcellent communication and patient service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative medical team
