Position: Full-Time Associate Dentist
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | No evenings or weekends
Compensation: $900 daily guarantee or 30% of production
Hansen Family Dental is looking for a confident, compassionate Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Pasco, WA.

Founded in 2007, Hansen Family Dental has built a strong reputation for quality patient care and a supportive, close-knit team. Our well-rounded team of 14 includes 2 dentists, 5 RDHs, 4 RDAs, and 3 administrators. We value excellent dentistry, strong communication, teamwork, and building lasting relationships with our patients.

Compensation & Benefits

• $900 daily guarantee or 30% of production, whichever is greater
• Uncapped earning potential with 30% production-based compensation
• Estimated annual compensation of approximately $192,000–$360,000, based on schedule and production

Schedule

Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday

• Tuesday–Thursday: 6:50 AM team huddle – 3:10 PM
• Friday: 6:50 AM team huddle – 2:00 PM
• No evenings
• No weekends

What We're Looking For

• 2 years of general dentistry experience preferred
• Completion of a General Dentistry Residency is a plus
• Confident general dentist who is comfortable providing comprehensive patient care
• Comfortable performing molar endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, professional, and compassionate chairside manner
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dental care
• Ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with patients
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to collaborating effectively with staff
