We are seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our outstanding dental team at Greg Pitts DDS! This full-time position is scheduled Monday–Thursday, with an occasional Friday as needed.
Dental experience and knowledge are required.
In this role, you will help coordinate all front office operations, including:
- Managing incoming calls and patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking patients in and out with efficiency and professionalism
- Verifying dental insurance plans and benefits
- Following up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases
