Job Description: We are seeking motivated and reliable Lawn Care Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for the outdoors, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. While experience in the green industry is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive paid training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily routes and apply state-regulated treatments such as herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to maintain and enhance lawn health.
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Engage with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
- Meet or exceed production goals with high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Possession of or ability to obtain a Department of Agriculture applicator’s license.
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is advantageous but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, offering a balanced work-life environment.
