We are seeking a organized and friendly individual who is passionate about helping people? Our dental office is looking for a welcoming and professional Dental Office Receptionist  to be the first smile our patients see when they walk in the door. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Experience with Dentrix as this is a required Qualification.

·         Greet patients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism

·         Schedule and reschedule appointments to keep our days running smoothly

·         Ensure the schedule is full and efficient

·         Collect payments and help patients schedule appropriate appointments based on treatment needs

·         Schedule follow-up visits and manage six-month recalls

·         Be a vital part of creating a positive, stress-free experience for every patient

·         Dental office experience is a must

·         Experience with 2 years Dentrix software needed

·         Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

·         A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

·         Competitive pay: $19–$27/hour (based on experience)
