What You’ll Do
As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll help keep the clinical side of the practice running smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience. You’ll:
- Lead and support the dental assisting team
- Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry and procedures
- Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials
- Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards
- Assist with lab work and post-op instructions
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Help keep the team organized, efficient, and well-stocked
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of dental assisting experience required
- CDA/RDA certification required
- EFDA, radiology, or expanded-function experience is a plus
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Organized, dependable, and confident taking the lead
- Positive, team-first attitude
Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
- Possible Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
