Company Description Dr. Delgado Clinical Research is an independent, physician-led clinical research site based in Miami Springs, Florida, founded and directed by Dr. Belkis Delgado, MD. The site is recognized for quality-focused operations, inclusive patient recruitment, and strong regulatory performance, including three FDA audits with No Action Indicated outcomes. The team conducts Phase I–IV trials in internal medicine and multiple therapeutic areas, emphasizing patient-centered care and rigorous compliance. With a reputation for rapid study startup, reliable data integrity, and effective sponsor collaboration, the site partners with CROs, sponsors, and research networks to advance innovative treatments. Team members contribute directly to studies that aim to improve patient outcomes and expand access to new therapies.

Role Description The Clinical Research Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day study activities, including organizing participant visits, collecting and documenting source data, maintaining study binders and regulatory files, and ensuring adherence to protocol requirements. The coordinator will obtain and document informed consent, schedule and track participant procedures and follow-up visits, and communicate with investigators, sponsors, and CROs regarding study progress and data queries. The role also includes managing study supplies, assisting with IRB submissions and updates, maintaining accurate and timely data entry in electronic systems, and supporting monitoring visits and audits. The coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that trials are conducted safely, ethically, and in compliance with GCP, institutional policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical research foundation, with skills in Research and Clinical Research Experience for coordinating Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical trial processes, including Protocol adherence and oversight of Clinical Trials activities.
• Proficiency in ethical participant management, including obtaining, documenting, and explaining Informed Consent according to regulatory and GCP standards.
• Experience working in a clinical or research setting (site, hospital, or academic center), with familiarity in FDA, IRB, and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple studies, visits, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with participants, investigators, sponsors, and CROs.
• Comfort with electronic data capture systems, basic computer skills, and accurate documentation practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and maintain a patient-centered approach.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred; certification in clinical research (e.g., CCRC) is an asset.
