General Qualifications
- Associate degree required
- Experience with large payroll, additional day, time sheet, and sick leave calculations
- Experience with preparing federal and state tax documentation for several employees
- Experience with retirement reporting (TRS and IMRF)
- Experience with unemployment reporting
- Ability to balance and reconcile differences
- Knowledge of general accounting to understand how accounts are effected in the system and ability to know when something is wrong and how to make remedy
- Knowledge of federal and state wage hours laws and usage reports
Reports to
- Chief School Business Official
Terms of Employment
- 237-days work year; Wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment determined by the Board of Education
