Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, collecting patients co-pays and billing.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately.
- Maintain organized filing systems.
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory and basic bookkeeping.
