Job Description
Dr. Cat Plastic Surgery is on the lookout to add a Patient Care Coordinator to our team who can provide outstanding customer service to help create an amazing patient experience through the phone, email, and SMS! Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and answering patient questions related to cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality with a proactive attitude who is passionate about the plastic surgery industry. A polished, professional appearance is required. This position is of a fast-paced call center nature but it requires a calm, nurturing, and caring demeanor. It will also require educating patients about the procedures and services that our practice offers.
Experience working in plastic surgery or the medical cosmetic industry is a plus!
Experience in sales is a plus.
Experience with FreshDesk, ZenDesk, VoIP, and similar software is a plus.
Employment: Full Time starting immediately
Location: Hybrid - Remote/In Office

Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
