Starting Wage

Location
On-site position in Vista, CA.
Responsibilities
- Creates thorough fabrication models and finished units for mobile promotions and demonstration of company products to the public and at events.
- Trains to operate each unit as needed.
- Safely maintains excellent working condition of all units including their mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Safely maintains unit and other future public demonstrations including transportation, set-up, operation, and dismantle.
- Handles equipment utilized for the MFE, making sure that they are in working order, safe, and of presentable appearance.
- Produces and hosts events internal to the company and for the public.
- Performs at events in a variety of mediums including but not limited to dance, song, and interactive art.
- Assists with event construction and manning of our equipment set-up at differing locations throughout the U.S. when so requested, for a yearly average of 50 and not more than 70 days of travel per year.
- Drives company vehicles and tows equipment to and from events.
- Promotes company products in creative ways.
- Assists in construction of the various units needed for marketing and event purposes.
- Works mandatory weekend and evening/overnight events.
- Attends events and/or helps at projects such as activations at various events, including multi-day festivals.
- Other duties as assigned within job scope.
Minimum:
- 1 year experience interfacing with the public at events.
- Knowledge and experience with basic construction tools.
- Basic knowledge and experience of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
- Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the Company’s insurance carrier standards.
- Must possess a forklift and pallet jack certification or be able to be certified after beginning employment.
