Clinical Lead NP/PA – Sleep Medicine
Dr. Bradley Smith & The Dream Sleep Center is seeking a high-performing, assertive, and business-minded Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our clinical team in Colorado.
We are looking for someone who demands excellence from their staff, thrives on operational efficiency, and understands that a healthy practice requires both clinical precision and financial discipline.

Leadership & Accountability
- Staff Command: Train and oversee the support staff. You must be comfortable holding the team to high standards, including performing formal write-ups or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Payroll Stewardship: Proactively manage clinic flow. If the schedule is slow, you are empowered to send staff home to keep payroll aligned with production.
- Motivational Leadership: Lead by example with high energy, keeping the team focused on patient throughput and practice goals.
Financial & Revenue Focus
- Revenue Innovation: Identify and implement new ways to add revenue streams to the practice.
- Financial Gatekeeping: Monitor front-desk/ billing department performance to ensure copays and balances are collected at check-in and verify that all sleep studies are authorized and paid for.
- Compliance Lead: Take charge of MIPS reporting and quality measures to maximize reimbursements.
Clinical Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in Sleep Medicine is required.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in patient care, diagnostics (CPAP/BiPAP), and follow-up.
- Licensure: Active NP or PA license in the state of Colorado.
