Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Assistant, based in Warner Robins, GA. While primarily working on-site, some tasks may be performed remotely. The role involves supporting patient care, maintaining medical records, assisting healthcare providers with medical procedures, managing administrative tasks in the medical office, and applying knowledge of medical terminology. The Medical Assistant will also facilitate smooth operations in the practice to enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including supporting healthcare providers in clinical tasks
- Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and its application in daily tasks
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations, including scheduling and administrative responsibilities
- Experience in delivering effective and compassionate Patient Care
- Competence in managing and maintaining Medical Records accurately
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both on-site in Warner Robins, GA, and remotely as required
- Certification as a Medical Assistant and prior experience in a family practice are a plus
