DPS Payments is expanding its field sales team and looking for motivated, personable individuals who aren't afraid to hit the pavement and have real conversations with business owners. What you'll do
- Walk your local area and visit retail stores, restaurants, bodegas, and small businesses to introduce DPS Payments solutions
- Speak directly with store owners and managers to understand their payment processing needs
- Qualify and guide business owners through the application and onboarding process
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets, track leads, and report activity
What we're looking for
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and speaking with business owners in person
- Strong communicator — confident, professional, and able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you don't need to be micromanaged to stay on track
Compensation
- $30,000 base salary once fully onboarded
- $500 – $2,000 commission per sale — paid on every closed account
- Clear path for advancement into senior and leadership roles
