Role description:


Arcadis APM is seeking a MiMo Construction Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing the execution and documentation of daily rigging activities, architectural scope inspections, datum verifications, and factory impact communications. The role ensures that milestones are tracked, reported, and recovered when at risk.


The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks and manage scope based on customer priorities, while demonstrating strong client service, communication, and written skills, with a focus on team building. Successful candidates will have experience working in semiconductor construction management industry, tool install preferred, proven ability to work autonomously and with teams of varying size and job function, have strong communication and organizational skills, possess strong project management capabilities, and thrive in an ever-changing project environment while leading teams to ensure on-time delivery of project scope.



Role accountabilities:

  • Assign and coordinate daily tasks for MiMo field personnel
  • Perform both field and office-based responsibilities based on workload and team needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, rigging teams, architectural trades, and tool coordinators
  • Organize MiMo walks with stakeholders and ensure timely communication of required actions
  • Attend daily Tool Priority Meetings and provide updates on installation progress
  • Oversee and manage construction activities for semiconductor equipment installation and materials movement on docks
  • Own and maintain the site construction MiMo milestone tracker to support key performance indicators
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders at multiple levels, fostering strong working relationships
  • Provide regular project status updates to client management, internal teams, and external partners as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tool coordinators, rigging teams, and architectural teams
  • Resolve unforeseen field issues to ensure schedule adherence
  • Ensure EFITs are submitted to the factory for all MiMo-coordinated construction activities
  • Verify datums prior to equipment installation and ensure corrections are made as needed
  • Coordinate with rigging teams to schedule pedestal installation events based on priorities and efficiency
  • Communicate change order requirements to project managers and release scope upon funding approval
  • Coordinate with tool coordinators to remove obstacles in MiMo pathways and under the RMF
  • Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and Navisworks
    • 5–10 years of experience in an advanced technology construction environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively as an engaged team player
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining an injury-free environment, with safety as the top priority
    • Passionate about the work with a strong desire to contribute to the team’s success
    • Understanding of rigging durations and spatial requirements for cleanroom equipment installation
    • Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required. Will consider US domestic travelers and relocation
