Role Description
As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of electronic components and mechanical hardware. This role requires a maker mindset, someone who enjoys working with their hands, possesses a high attention to detail, and takes pride in seeing a product go from individual parts to a finished, high-quality product.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools (drills, arbor presses, etc.) and in-house test fixtures to assemble complex electronic devices.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet our rigorous engineering standards and safety specifications.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to maintain consistency across production runs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation to optimize productivity and safety.
- Work closely with our engineering and technical support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools and a high level of manual dexterity/fine motor skills for handling small components.
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a focus on quality.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask and pivot between different tasks as production needs change.
- Enjoys contributing to a positive team environment and meeting collective deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain a productive pace in a standing or seated assembly environment.
