Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edison, NJ, for a Land Survey CAD Technician. The primary responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings for land surveys, assisting in map production, and supporting field teams with data processing and integration. The role involves ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications. The candidate will collaborate closely with a licensed land surveyor, project managers, team members, and clients to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications

- trong background in Civil 3D CAD program
- Experience in preparing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Experience preparing Boundary, Topographic and Utility Surveys
- Reviewing Title Commitments
- Writing metes and bounds descriptions
- Experience preparing Subdivisions
- Plotting Deeds
- Proficiency in operating systems and software commonly used in land survey especially CAD, TBC, Trimble Realworks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to ensure accuracy in all work
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and project requirements
- Familiarity with land survey principles, techniques, and related equipment is a plus
- Experience working with point clouds and data processing in the LIDAR - 3D Scanning software is a plus
