Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and physically capable Loader (Warehouse Associate) to join our team.

This role is essential to ensuring freight is loaded accurately, safely, and efficiently for on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load freight, products, and materials onto trucks and trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure loads to prevent shifting, damage, or loss during transportation
• Organize and stage shipments to support timely dispatch schedules
• Verify order accuracy prior to loading
• Inspect freight for visible damage, proper packaging, and labeling
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to meet daily shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, loading, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
