Our client roster runs the gamut of the aerospace industry resulting in a variety of project opportunities in terms of responsibility, deliverables and scope.
SUMMARY: Provides Administrative support to CEO and department managers. May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operation, sales and marketing, personal business, etc. Operates multi-line telephone system to answer and screen incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Performs clerical tasks and administrative tasks by performing the following duties. But not limited to the above and subject to changes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retrieves messages from voicemail and forwards to appropriate personnel
- Answers and screens incoming calls, determines purpose of callers and forwards to appropriate personnel or department
- Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Monitors visitor access, creates and issues passes when required
- Handles CEO business/personal matters when needed.
- Handles VP of Engineering and Sales business matters when needed.
- Performs other clerical and administrative duties as needed, such as filing ,copying and organizing
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- Track and order inventory for office with approval
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient on Microsoft (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Proficient organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
- priorities with enthusiasm
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
