Construction Apprentice
DPD Construction LLC is looking to hire motivated Construction Apprentices to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction trades, work with their hands, and build a long-term career in the industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects
- Learn framing, roofing, siding, decks, flooring, drywall, trim, and general carpentry
- Assist experienced crew members with daily jobsite tasks
- Load, unload, and organize tools and building materials
- Safely operate hand and power tools as training progresses
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Follow instructions and be willing to learn new skills
- Show up on time and ready to work
What We’re Looking For
- No construction experience required — we are willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to perform physical construction work and work outdoors
- Comfortable working from ladders and at heights
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Construction or trade experience is a plus, but not required
