Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and Material Handling
- Experience with Inventory Control and implementing effective tracking systems
- Competent in Forklift Operation and adherence to safety standards
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Experience in warehouse and logistics operations is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
