We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People team in Charlotte. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent initiatives, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and project-based work. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
- Recruitment Marketing: Support campaigns to attract talent, including employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives
- Project Support: Contribute to projects such as SOP creation, interviewer training, and talent pool development
- Systems Exposure: Gain experience using platforms such as Monday.com and Darwinbox through pilot projects
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR or project management tools a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Exposure to recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
- Opportunities to contribute to projects that improve TA processes
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals
