Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Management Intern (Transformation) to join our team in Charlotte. This internship will provide hands-on experience supporting transformation projects, including the rollout of Oracle Fusion and DarwinBox across the Americas region. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field to gain exposure to corporate project management and change initiatives.

- On-site role
- Location: Charlotte, NC (DP World does not offer accommodations for internships)
- Strong performance could lead to a full-time position after graduation
- 10-week program that will run from June 2026 to August 2026
- Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documenting action items
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Help identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies
- Change Management: Support communication and change management activities related to system rollouts
- Reporting: Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Task Execution: Support day-to-day project management tasks to ensure project milestones are met
- Ad Hoc Projects: Provide assistance on additional transformation initiatives as needed
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in project management and business transformation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a team
- Hands-on experience in project management and transformation initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise system rollouts (Oracle Fusion, DarwinBox)
- Opportunities to develop skills in coordination, reporting, and change management
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced project management professionals
