About The Role
How you will contribute
- As a knowledgeable expert in how operations and systems work together, you will ensure that systemic functionally surrounds operational processes that meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs.
- You will be responsible for the creation, performing and reporting of UAT test scripts and scenarios from an Operational point of view.
- In close collaboration with the project team, solutions analysts and engineering you will ensure the effective launch of new business and projects.
- As the project rolls in to Launch phase you will act as the liaison between Operations and IT to fix or enhance challenges associated to systems.
- You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of work instructions. Specifically, the system functionality.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that reports are operational day one of launch that reflect KPI and SLA metrics.
- The business should be handed to the local plant so that it can operate in sustaining mode meeting all its key metrics.
- You will ensure the revised processes are documented, labor standards are updated and internal stakeholders are trained/re-training, as appropriate.
- You will need to prioritize actions, assign responsibilities and due dates and follow up to ensure on time completion within specified cost parameters.
