We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Management Intern to join our IT/Security PMO team in Charlotte. This internship will provide exposure to project management practices within IT, with a focus on IT security initiatives. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field to develop project management skills in a corporate environment.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation for IT initiatives
- Support risk and issue tracking across IT Security projects
- Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership review
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to meeting notes and action items
- Support process improvement initiatives within the IT PMO
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Interest in IT project management and security initiatives
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- Hands-on experience in IT project management within a PMO structure
- Exposure to IT security-related projects and initiatives
- Opportunities to develop project coordination and reporting skills
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced IT project managers
