About the Team:
- The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for the daily operation and support of a highly available enterprise network environment that supports the entire organization.
- The team ensures the security, reliability, and performance of critical network services through proactive monitoring, incident response, operational support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- This team plays a vital role in maintaining business continuity and partnering with other IT organizations to ensure infrastructure and application availability.
- Performing daily operational health checks and environment validation.
- Monitoring network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Responding to and resolving network incidents and outages.
- Performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Managing break-fix activities and service requests.
- Executing operational changes in accordance with established change management processes.
- Supporting compliance remediation efforts.
- Managing network backup and recovery processes.
- Developing and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.
- Collaborating with engineering, security, infrastructure, and application support teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree;
- OR 4 years of job-related work experience;
- OR 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job-related degree.
