Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Handle frequent domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
• Monitor and prioritize high volumes of emails, meeting requests, and communications
• Provide real-time support throughout the day, including schedule adjustments, reminders, and meeting coordination
• Draft, edit, proofread, and manage professional correspondence and business documents
• Coordinate executive meetings, events, and logistics
• Track key deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Qualifications:
• 8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level executives
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating executive-level travel
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
