Aerospace & Aviation Buyer
Are you an experienced Aerospace Buyer with a background supporting aircraft manufacturing, MRO, avionics, or aerospace operations?
We're seeking procurement professionals who have purchased aircraft parts, avionics, electrical components, PCB assemblies, tooling, CNC equipment, IT hardware, facilities services, and production materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage aerospace suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times
- Issue and manage purchase orders
- Support engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and operations teams
- Resolve material shortages and supplier issues
- Drive cost savings and supply chain improvements
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace, aviation, defense, or aircraft MRO environments
- Purchasing aircraft components, avionics, electronics, tooling, or capital equipment
- ERP/MRP systems experience
- Knowledge of FAA, AS9100, or aerospace quality standards
- Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
