Part-Time Housekeeper

Summary
We are seeking to add a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Housekeeper to join our property management team at Notre Dame Housing. The Housekeeper will be responsible for assisting in keeping the common spaces of the mall clean and sanitary for guests.
• Mop up spills and place a wet floor sign over the area until floor is dry
• Pickup or sweep up common areas
• Clean or dust sign holders and ledges
• Clean tops and sides of trash cans
• Check and empty trash cans throughout the facility when contents reach half full
• Remove gum and other foreign substances from floors and pavement
• Clean bricks and walls when needed
• Check for cobwebs and remove
• Spot clean door glass, thresholds, and dust window and door frames at the entrance
• Vacuum entrance mats when needed
• Put up and take down outdoor flags
• Vacuum carpet and empty trash cans in the office area and break room
• Sweep or mop break room, service hallway, and storeroom when needed

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Housekeeping or Janitorial is a plus, but not required
