Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategic plans
- Oversee profit & loss statements, analyzing financial data to maximize profitability and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
- Manage team performance through effective supervision, coaching, and development of managers and staff
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales revenue
- Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and inform decision-making processes
- Coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement, lean management practices, and operational excellence
- Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring high standards of service delivery to our local customer
- Communicate effectively with executive-level teams to report on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges
- Lead strategic planning efforts by setting clear objectives, managing resources efficiently, and adapting to changing market conditions
Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within a multi-location environment
- Prior experience in the scaffold and insulation industry
- Extensive experience in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and operational oversight in the construction business
- Demonstrated ability in project management, process improvement, and implementing lean management principles
- Skilled in data-driven decision making using Excel data analysis tools for monitoring performance metrics
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing executive-level teams and fostering team development
- Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Background in sales growth strategies, business management, and customer service excellence
- Prior experience in supervising operations management roles with a focus on strategic planning and business development
