What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at DP Doors and Millwork?
DP Doors and Millwork is looking to add a Delivery Driver to the team. No CDL necessary! This will require driving our box trucks, pick-up trucks to deliver product to job sites. Most deliveries will be local, but some overnight runs may be required. This position will involve assisting in packaging product for delivery, helping in the shop when deliveries aren't available, loading the truck at our shop as well as unloading at the customer's job site. No CDL necessary!
KEY TRAITS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- MUST have a good driving record
- No CDL necessary!
- Able to lift heavy loads on a regular basis
- Able to work steadily, with and without, supervision
- Commitment to long term employment; with overtime as needed
- Availability to take overnight runs when required
- Must be 21 Years or older and have at least 1 year of experience driving a similar vehicle.
- MUST have a positive attitude!
JOB DETAILS:
- Driving delivery trucks up to 26'; lifting doors and trim, loading and unloading, bundle/wrapping material, securing material safely on trucks and at job sites, taking pictures of deliveries, other shop duties as assigned.

SALARY:
- $23 to 26 / hour depending on experience
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday (10 hours/day). Occasional Friday work as needed.
