DP Construction & Builders Inc. is a growing residential construction company specializing in New Construction Homes and Barndominiums across Central New York. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Estimator to take ownership of project pricing, material coordination, and client communication throughout the build process.

Duties
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for new construction homes
- Price out materials, labor, and subcontractor work
- Communicate directly with clients regarding pricing, selections, and updates
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material pricing and availability
- Track budget changes, upgrades, and change orders
- Work closely with the builder and internal team to ensure projects stay on budget
- Maintain organized records of estimates, contracts, and selections
- Assist with scheduling and material timelines as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating or residential construction preferred
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, estimating software, and email
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Pay: $65,613.84 - $100,000.00 per year
